Review by Matthijs Idema

Restavrant's album "Returns To The Tomb Of Guiliano Medidici" is a thrilling and innovative journey into the world of experimental rock. The band's unique blend of punk, blues, and garage rock creates a sound that is both familiar and fresh.

The album opens with "The Return," a haunting instrumental track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. From there, the band launches into "Return To The Tomb," a fast-paced, guitar-driven track that showcases Restavrant's raw energy and impressive musicianship.

Throughout the album, Restavrant explores a variety of themes and moods, from the dark and brooding "The Curse" to the upbeat and infectious "Shake It Off." The lyrics are often cryptic and metaphorical, adding to the album's overall sense of mystery and intrigue.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "The Devil And Me," a bluesy number that features some impressive harmonica work and a catchy chorus that will have listeners singing along in no time. "Blues For The Departed" is another highlight, with its haunting melody and eerie lyrics.

About Restavrant

Troy Murrah and Tyler Whiteside electro/country/punk BLUES AudioVisual. Also in Snakearm. "Restavrant are two screemin freeksterm used so respectfullyfrom adorable Victoria, Texas, that use expired license plates for drum parts and bodily drag truly addled hillbillyism into the digital age. They engineer a sloppy collision between Hasil Adkins and DJ Assault that boils down to beat, guitar and rooster-at-sunrise screaming, and behind them the drunkest dancers fall obediently in line." -The Echo

Dear Restavrant,

This is one of the most brilliant video I've ever seen because it has a powerful story; it's showing the human behind all those webcam faces.

Wow. Thanks.

Restavrant's "Return to the Tomb of Guiliano Medidici" is an amazing album. "Lion Man" is nowhere near the best song on it, though. So I wonder why they chose it for this video. As a whole, however, the album is definitely not one to miss.
