i feel like there is an element of this tune that could only hit hard to a UK listener. it's like reliving all your experiences of UK raving all over again. all the changing fashions, subgenres, clubs that came and went, promotions that came and went, watching the very beginning of subgenres before they blew up, standing in rainy queues, £6 for a red stripe?!, embraces with strangers, tears, banter, sweaty kisses, looks between friends. the shit is just emotional to listen to
